General Delivery Policy for Kolhapuri Spices

Delivery Commitment

At Kolhapuri Spices, we are committed to delivering your orders in perfect condition and as swiftly as possible. Enjoy free doorstep delivery for orders valued at Rs. 750* or more. For orders below Rs. 750, a nominal shipping fee will be charged, depending on the items in your cart.

Shipping Address

Please ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete to facilitate a smooth delivery process. Once the products are handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss and title transfer to you as per the shipping contract.

Signature and Address Accuracy

We cannot be held responsible for orders signed by someone other than the original purchaser or for incorrect addresses provided during the checkout process. Once an order is placed, it cannot be redirected to a different address.

Delivery Area

We deliver Kolhapuri Spices products only to locations listed as serviceable on our website. Please check product availability for your city before placing an order.

Post-Delivery Damage

Kolhapuri Spices is not liable for any damage to products after delivery. Kindly inspect your items upon arrival to ensure they are in good condition.

Cancellations and Refunds

If your order is canceled, lost, or undelivered to your location, we will refund the full amount, including any shipping charges paid online.

Return Shipping Charges

For returned orders, shipping charges will not be refunded. Additionally, for accounts with excessive returns or refused deliveries, a delivery fee of Rs. 50-150 may be applied to all future orders, irrespective of order value.

Order value is calculated after applying discounts, VAT, GST, or any other applicable charges.

Account Behavior

To ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers, we may charge a Rs. 149 shipping fee and disable cash-on-delivery for accounts with excessive returns or refused shipments.

Delivery to Your Pin Code

Use the “Calculate Shipping” option on the cart page to verify if Kolhapuri Spices delivers to your pin code. We update our serviceable locations regularly, so if delivery is unavailable, please check again later.


Delivery Process

All orders are shipped via reliable courier partners, including Blue Dart, Delhivery, Lalamove, DHL, We Fast, Spot On, and more. Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your shipment’s location and estimated delivery time.

Address Change

To modify your shipping address before dispatch, please contact our customer care team. Additional charges may apply if required.

Damage to Parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or leaking, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted. To process your claim, we will need:

  1. A brief description of the issue.
  2. Clear photos of the damaged package and affected items (all sides).
  3. Retention of the original packaging for 3-4 days for investigation purposes.

Refunds for prepaid or cash-on-delivery orders will be processed after the claim is verified. Claims without the required information or submitted after the stipulated time may be denied.


International Shipping

Kolhapuri Spices offers international shipping through trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, and Aramex. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country, which will be your responsibility to settle.

Customs and Duties

Customs clearance is arranged by us, ensuring smooth delivery to your doorstep. However, any additional charges imposed by customs must be paid directly to the carrier.
